We are officially open again for business with our normal hours - we welcome everyone to come down and join up for either a day, week or monthly membership anytime you'd like!
We have renovated the gym and built a supplement store featuring a juice & coffee bar for customers to enjoy. All changing rooms and toilets have been refurbished and new equipment & benches has been added to the already extensive range within the gym.
Booking a session is not essential so we look forward to seeing you soon!
